Warehouse Associate  

We are looking for individuals to join our team of Warehouse Associates. Our Warehouse Team Members are responsible for assisting customers with their purchases of feed, seed, and supplies for their farms, horses, livestock, pets, wildlife, lawns and gardens. Customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to multitask are important for this position. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES: 

Job Requirements 

  •  Assist customers both in store and in the warehouse by providing exceptional customer service 
  • Maintain a positive attitude while focusing on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment 
  • Follow standard operating procedures established by management, and adhere to company policies 
  • Stock and maintain products in the warehouse areas, including inside and outside of the warehouse, and inside the retail store as assigned. 
  • Safely load products into customer vehicles as specified by the customer, without causing damage to products or the customer’s personal property.  
  • Assist with inventory maintenance, including stock rotation and levels  
  • Willingness and desire to learn more about the products and services offered company-wide.
  • Help to maintain a clean and safe store environment, for both customers and employees 
  • Unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently to ensure product is not damaged and managing all necessary paperwork to ensure product is properly accounted for.  
  • Other duties as assigned
