Wild Bird Dinner

We will see you today for our Annual Wild Bird Dinner on October 10 at Deer Creek Overlook: 6 Cherry Hill Rd, Street, MD 21154. The bridge from 24 Rocks Rd crossing Deer Creek is out, so you will need to detour on Sharon Rd or go Cherry Hill Rd.  

The bird walk is from 4 to 4:30.  If you wish to participate, please bring your own binoculars, we will not have extra this year.The falconry demonstration is outside this year at 4:30.  There will be photo opportunities while we are doing registrations. Doors will open at 5 pm and announcements at 5:45-6 with dinner following.

Dinner includes:

pit beef, pulled pork BBQ, grilled chicken breast, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad, rolls, and dessert
Beverages: Iced Tea, Water, Lemonade, Coffee

Maren Gimpel: will give us updates on bird counts and banding.

Frank Marsden: will be showing and discussing pictures he’s taken
locally over the past few years. He is a pretty amazing photographer!
