Aquashade Pond Aquatic Dye

Aquashade pond dye is a product used to control the growth of aquatic weeds and algae by shading the water in ponds or lakes. This product is EPA registered for aquatic plant growth control and contains a blend of blue and yellow dyes to block out specific light rays critical to photosynthesis. Water treated with Aquashade will have an aesthetically pleasing crisp, clear aqua-blue coloration.

• Primarily effective at depths of two feet or greater.
• Non-corrosive and will not stain bathing suits, fountain surfaces or other water features at use dilution. 
• Controls Leafy Pondweed, Chara, Slender Naiad, Watermilfoil, Hydrilla, Filamentous Green Algae, Filamentous Bluegreen Algae.
• Available in 1 gallon and 2.5 gallon sizes.
